Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity by resetting the mind and giving it a sense of calmness.
Yoga meaning ‘Unity’ is like a flower that opens up layer after layer of new growth and meaning. Unity is a place of holding, awareness, creativity, strength, humility, kindness and purpose - each description holding more than one word could describe.
Yoga is also a lifestyle choice of being true to who you are and honouring your own unique authenticity. Yoga does not judge or discriminate. The west have focused so much on the asanas and flexibility but this is just a small part of yoga and certainly not the goal.
Yoga allows you to listen to your own needs and helps you understand your body. It's not about comparing or judging yourself or expecting more than you are ready for.
Finally Yoga allows you space to breathe and recognise which parts of yourself you are still hiding from. Thus gentle healing and loving kindness may be practised for resolution and harmony.
Classes are gentle and nurturing in a safe, comfortable space.
Suitable for all levels and all bodies.
All abilities are welcome as all postures can be modified with yoga props which are provided.
No equipment or special clothing required. You will be supported to feel comfortable, relaxed and nurtured.

Yin yoga gently nurtures the body by softening into stillness, releasing tension in the fascia, and easing stress to restore balance and calm. It's a lovely way to stretch at your own pace and ability while being held in a safe space.

**Once a term starts, the following will apply: £12 first class as a trial, after this classes are paid termly in blocks. Most terms are 6 weeks unless otherwise stated when booking.
£72 for 6 weeks.
1 hour 1-2-1 sessions, exchange £55 or book 6 sessions for £300.
