Nourishing, nurturing and gentle yoga support for women during pregnancy (from 14 weeks).
Prenatal Yoga is not just for the body. It offers invaluable tools that will help towards supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing as well as offer safe practical tools to prepare the mind and body for labour and motherhood.
Prenatal yoga is a beautiful way to connect with your baby, creating space for just the two of you.
The benefits of coming to a class are that you meet other pregnant women in a supportive environment specifically created for this practice.
Pregnancy can be a time of intense vulnerability as well as strength and empowerment and to navigate this time with support, relaxation techniques and shared discussion could be the difference between feeling alone and isolated or feeling you are being seen and heard with at least some of your needs being met and listened to.
Classes are calm, welcoming, and adapted to suit all energy levels, with plenty of options and support throughout.
No previous yoga experience is needed.

Classes are intimate and small in a warm cosy space with herb teas and all equipment provided for.


Absolutely loved the pregnancy yoga sessions with Jess.
Such a beautiful location and was extremely peaceful and relaxing coming out there each week. Being warm and cosy, stretching, breathing and looking out across the stunning view (particularly the days with snow on the mountains and sun shining through the window on to my face, magic).
Jess is a fab instructor and was great at offering options to everyone, so everyone felt capable with however they were feeling that week.
Jess went out of her way to offer me advice and help, when asked for, regarding my feelings around a matter in my pregnancy. She made me feel empowered and confident once again.
