I have always had a keen interest in the connection between body and mind and over the years it has been an honour to support many people, through challenge, birth and death while witnessing this profound connection. Each doorway has been a humble experience of returning to a place of deep knowing within the self, we all seem to hold deep within.
My work is heavily influenced by yogic principles and a belief that we all have our own journey to walk while practising loving disallowance and honouring our own truth. In my work I practice the attitude of non-judgemental acceptance, which means that I accept everyone exactly the way they are, without criticism or evaluation. I belief that what is right for one is not necessarily right for another.

After having my first child, my mothering became the driving force of my own healing and therefore underpins all that I do and why I love to support others to understand their needs and find their voice in the world.

My own journey has been speckled with lots of challenge as well as joy. Facing huge life challenges has taught me that flexibility within the mind is one of the most important aspects we can foster and while I may not always have the answers, this flexibility allows me to stay open and curiosity while supporting others and holding space.
I offer over 25 years of experience with a developed awareness of intuition.

The classes and support services I offer are always woven with love and compassion and I encourage a gentle approach while moving safely through individual journeys.

I feel incredibly passionate about holding space for others to feel safe, open and curious in and I am always happy to talk through any approaches I use.

On a more personal note, I live in the countryside just outside of Exeter with my husband, 2 of my younger children (2 are now adults!) and quite a few animals! I have an allotment but still a novice gardener. I love books, (I've written a couple myself) creating crafts and cooking and I try to spend as much time enjoying life with family and friends because, well.....life's too short not to. Dance, music and yoga are my go to’s when I feel low and I make a yummy Ayurvedic fruit cake to comfort the soul when the need arises :)

My Approach
At the heart of my work is love, intuition, and deep respect for your unique experience. Whether you come to me for doula support, yoga, massage, or therapeutic care, the foundation is always the same: creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
I believe the body holds deep wisdom. When we feel held — physically, emotionally, and energetically — the nervous system can settle, the body can soften, and we are able to reconnect with ourselves. This sense of safety is central to all healing, learning, and transformation, and it guides every space I hold.
My approach is gentle, embodied, and responsive. I don’t work from rigid frameworks or one-size-fits-all methods. Instead, I meet you where you are, offering care that adapts to your needs in that moment — whether that looks like stillness, movement, touch, conversation, or quiet presence.
I draw on my training in yoga, bodywork, massage, and nervous system awareness to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Through breath, movement, hands-on care, and attentive listening, I support balance, ease, and trust in the body — while always honouring that every body and every journey is different.
Above all, I work alongside you. I am not here to fix or direct, but to support, witness, and gently guide when needed. My intention is that you leave feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more trusting of your own inner wisdom.
