My name is Jessica, and I am a certified doula and women’s wellness guide. At Nurtured Soul, I offer a calm, nurturing, and non-judgemental space where all bodies, all stories, and all experiences are truly welcome.
For those seeking rest, movement, and reconnection, my yoga classes and treatments offer a space to soften, breathe deeply, and come back to yourself—away from the noise and pressure of everyday life.
For those who are pregnant, preparing for birth, or navigating postpartum, I offer grounded, compassionate support so you can feel informed, held, and confident throughout your journey. Whether you are feeling excited, overwhelmed, unsure, or simply in need of someone to walk alongside you, you will be met with care, respect, and deep listening.
I hold space for women to feel supported without expectation or comparison—whether you are stepping onto the mat, preparing to give birth, or finding your way through motherhood.
Nurtured Soul offers in-person antenatal, birth, and postpartum support, alongside yoga classes, massage, workshops, and sauna sessions. I also provide remote emotional and birth healing support via WhatsApp and phone.

Healing massage therapy offers a gentle sanctuary for body, mind, and spirit. With an intuitive, nurturing touch, I help you release stored tension and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Each session is a space to soften, unwind, and invite deep rest—restoring balance, opening pathways for energy to flow, and awakening a sense of inner peace and wholeness
