About the event
This is the perfect start to spring. Reset your nervous system with a stress detox using Yin yoga and restorative loving care followed by a toning and cleansing sauna and cold dip.
A warm chai tea will be waiting to snuggle up to afterwards.
Nest and Nurture is a 6 acre glamping site with glorious views toward Dartmoor and across the Devon countreyside. The studio has all equipment needed for the workshop with a shower and toilet if needed. You are welcome to bring lunch and eat in the outdoors or undercover in the outdoor kitchen.

Yin Yoga offers a meditative, peaceful approach to yoga.
It is a deeply nourishing practice aiding deep rest and relaxation while allowing the body to experience stillness.
