About the event
A circle is a safe and nurturing space for women, that fosters non judging and acceptance of others experiences. The space is held so you are able to relax and enjoy the experience of reconnecting with yourself and connecting with like minded souls.
We will open the circle with a guided meditation and an invitation to share. We will also look at using the breath, and guided mediation to clear the mind and explore an aspect of the sacred feminine. You will be supported to cultivate self-love and work on shifting into a positive mindset of abundance and manifestation whilst not forgetting to practice letting go of what no longer serves you and gratitude for everything that’s good for you right now.
Includes a sweet snack, tea and coffee.
