About the event
Nurturing Yin Yoga, sauna and cold dip with a chai latte to chat and snuggle up with after.
Specifically for mums with babies.
NB ** Babies over 6 weeks and non crawling are invited to come to this session & absorb the relaxing vibes while mums enjoy supported self care.
All equipment is provided for and Jessica is on hand to help with navigating around your baby's needs.
Babies can come and hang out where the sauna and cold dip is situated or if they are sleeping, they can safely be left in the studio and Jessica will watch over them.
This session is about reconnecting with your body and honoring the amazing journey it has been on through pregnancy and birth as well as resetting the nervous system and calming a busy body and mind.
