Supporting You
Evidence shows having a doula equals a more positive outcome
in birth and beyond for both the parents and baby.
Bohren et al. Cochrane review 2017

Nurtured Journey
Full Journey Package £4000
This package would suit you if you wish to travel this journey with a champion and advocate by your side, for me to deeply connect with you and be with you every step of the way.
I have trained in the Continuum Doula model, which places emphasis on continuity of care and support. We will see each other for six sessions antenatally, which can involve me coming to appointments with you - if you’d like that. I’ll be there to support you for the birth, by which point we’ll have developed a beautiful relationship and a deep understanding around birth preferences. Then, I’ll see you for six sessions postnatally, to support you to settle into life as a mother and reflect on the unparalleled rite of passage that is birth and becoming a mother.
My wish is that you feel comfortable and confident in your pregnancy, birth and beyond - with strong awareness of what you want and how you’d like the people around you to support that. I’d like to create space for you, so that you feel held but ultimately confident in your own capabilities. You already have everything you need within you and I’ll be there to help you believe that that’s true.

I’m here to support wholeheartedly and without judgement, whatever you choose and whatever unfolds

My Story
I am a mother to four incredible grown up children. Each of my births was supported by a doula. That support shaped my experience in profound ways. Knowing I was held and not alone allowed me to soften, let go, and trust — to feel safe enough for birth to unfold. Those experiences influenced this path deeply and continue to guide how I support others.
Through yoga and years of embodied practice, I have developed a deep understanding of the body, breath, and nervous system, and the essential role they play in birth.
My work is also informed by a strong understanding of the biomechanics of the body. Gentle movement, positioning, touch, and bodywork can create space, ease tension, and support comfort and progress in labour. At the same time, I hold deep respect for the fact that every birth unfolds differently. There is no single way it should look. Each person deserves care that is responsive, individualised, and rooted in listening.
These experiences — my own births, my motherhood journey, my training in yoga and bodywork — have shaped the way I hold space. My role is not to lead or direct your birth, but to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and confident enough to trust yourself and your body.
With love on your birth journey
Jessica x
