Yin and Tonic

This is the perfect session to help reset your nervous system with a complete stress detox. Using Yin yoga and restorative loving care followed by a toning and cleansing sauna and refreshing cold dip.

A warm chai latte will be waiting for you to snuggle up with afterwards.

Nest and Nurture is a 6 acre glamping site with glorious views toward Dartmoor and across the Devon countryside. The studio has all the equipment needed for the workshop with a shower and toilet if needed. You are also welcome to bring lunch and eat in the outdoors or undercover in the outdoor kitchen afterwards.
